Online fraud

Someone called me as Paytm customer support and to resolve my issued asked to activate Paytm postpaid for KYC purpose, I have him OTP for KYC, after 24 hours my paytm postpaid got activated and he debited rs 60000 from my paytm postpaid, my question is how without any OTP paytm allowed to debit my account and can anyone use OTP after 24 hours later? Is it legitimate?

Good evening!
File a complaint immediately with the Cyber Police of your locality. Contact the customer care of Paytm as well.

Lodge complaint ASAP to cyber cell of concerned PS and Paytm.
They will investigate the matter following their established procedure. In course of investigation if they are able to search out the fraudsters, the chance of getting back of your hacked money is possible.

You have to file complaint with Cyber Police and also lodge complaint with customer care of Paytm company.
