Notice from Lok Adalat

I was given a notice through Lok Adalat to appear.
Background - I cancelled BSNL connection for the same I had to go 50 km just to cancel the connection, however, for initiating the connection barely a call is enough. Later on, through Lok Adalat in 2021, the matter was resolved. However, again this year they have sent a notice to appear in lok Adalat for the same issue. What can I do? I am not willing to go to a different district which takes my money and time to travel as now it have become an annual business.
Everytime, I am called I go n show them no dues certificate n then they are like ok it is settled. However, I am the one to go all the way to different place and spend money and time on travel.
