I am working in a hospital under a foundation. I have completed 1 year in this organisation. Now i am searching for better options so that purpose i need work experience certificate. I have email to the HR that i am apply in AIIMS delhi so i need the certificate But the organisation telling they can’t provide me work experience it must be 3 years complete then they can provide. Is it legal. ?

You may send advance copy to your next employer and submit one application for onward submission with your present employer.

A.Hello,
It is every employee's right to receive an experience certificate.No employer can deny the experience certificate to his employees. You can issue a legal notice to the employer.

A.Dear Client,
An employee is entitled for a work experience certificate from his or her employer being in employment or out of employment of the said employer for the service rendered by him or her during the period.
No employer can deny the request made by an employee or ex-employee even there is a timebound stipulation in offer letter affecting the employee's career growth.

Reach out to concerned office of Labour Commissioner for a resolution in the matter.
