We bought a builder floor in Greenwood city sector 46 Gurgaon 122001 Haryana. The builder has not paid electricity infrastructure charge to DHBVN. Now we are being asked to pay Rs. 27333 per KW electrical load. Please advise

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and try to firm housing society and accordingly fight against the builder.

A.Hello,
As per the infrmation you have mentioned you can lodge complaint against builder either in RERA or Consumer Court for deficiency of service.

A.Dear Client,
Reach out to the Office of RERA if the project is a registered project under RERA or else approach the concerned District Consumer Court for redressal of your grievance.
Basically, Builder is responsible for all inwards and outwards expenses up to the date of hand over of vacant possession of the property to the Buyer post registration of property in the name of the Buyer
