Hello sir
I have a real estate property in my city. 2-3 years ago i got some auction orders for the property for which i represented my registry in the court but i didnt appeared in the court on the dates of hearing so it resulted in objection in that case. This matter was closed for years but now a person got registry against my property from court and has got possesion of the ground of the house as only ground floor map is attached wuth his registry by filing some claim against the seller from whom i purchased the property. I have also got registry from municipal corporation for the property at the time when i purchased it in around 2009 and even i have got loan against this property from bank issued . Please tell me what to do .

A.By not attending the date of registry it was decided in your absence and opposite party has complied and got registry and possession of the property. Your loan with bank is also endorsed in the original records on settling the lien on property the opposite party has right to title & possession. It a complicated legal issue better to consult a Civil Property Lawyer and take action accordingly.

A.Firstly, nowadays registration of property has been made digital so go and check the Registrar Office once.
Secondly, registry can not be done through court. Court could have ordered in his favour.
To understand this matter properly for a fair advice the documents must be seen once. So if u can provide the related documents it will be easy for a lawyer to advice you accordingly..

You can take stay order first by the court. you will have to check on the reasons why court ordered in their favour, and if you are unable to prove your ownership over the property legally then the Court's order will sustain and your registry will be of no use. Possession is much important.
