About Court Notice About Court Notice

Last month my father died...
For his 12th,13th day rituals I have invited his relatives...
Now one of the relative sent a court notice to me and my sister(she is still studying in a college).... My father never received any court notice till his death for any kind of property quarrel happening in his native.... But now somebody sent a court notice from my native place.....
How they sent notice to me and my sister instead of sending it to my mother ? After seeing wrong house address(but both names are correct) on notice my mother refused to receive it....
What can I do now ?

A.Dear Mr Kartik B,
Engage a local lawyer he will tell you what to do next.
Since you have not mentioned about the incident it is difficult to say.
