What legal action company could take if I leave the company in 20days after my resignation.

In the absence of any reasonable ground behind short notice tendering resignation from the Company may not be viewed as a good gesture and may affect your career growth in the future. Apart employers can take legal action against you for breach of contract to recover the damages including financial loss caused to them for your sudden resignation. So, if there is no strong reason behind the resignation facing of unwanted consequences can not be ruled out.

The company may sue you for recovery of the amount due to it. However no criminal complaint is maintainable nor it will be entertained by police or court. Send a legal notice to these people and if they do not respond then file a criminal complaint against them.
