My friend WhatsApp account is hacked, No messages were Compromised, But all of his contacts were copied by hacker, and he is asking everyone from the contact list of Victim for money and using Victims profile pic but using different numbers.

A.Dear Sir,
Ask your friend immediately to approach Cyber Police and they may do some favour and trace out the hacker.
