Employer holding salary after termination
11 months ago
I was working with a educational institution. And they terminated me after one two months (first three months was provision period). And now they are not paying me my final month salary. I have asked again and again for it and they are just saying we will pay you soon. It's been 3 months now.
A.Dear Sir,
You may go to higher educational officers and get issue a legal notice to upload all such grievances on the social network.

A.Dear Client,
In the given situation, reach out to the Chief Inspector of the School, in the office of the District Inspector of the School and file a complaint against the School Authority for victimisation and non-disbursement/withholding of legitimate dues on illegal termination from service during the probationary period.
In case the grievance is not resolved then reach out to the office of Labour Commissioner concerned for redressal of your grievance.
