Society of Registration Act 1860 has undergone some changes.
Some states have amended the Act.
Coming to the issue... The Society has to prepare its Bye Laws, Memorandum of Association, Rules and Regulations and governed by this Act.There must be General Body and Governing Body.
If it is passed by General Body means it will be automatically passed by the Governing body.majority will prevail.This is the basic principle.Other important factor is the Society has to be not profit making.
If the Society is making profit it will be treated differently.
