I have lost hugh money around 7000$ paid by credit cards, now iam in hugh debt. The Broker is not responding for my money who has traded my account on my behalf

As per the information you have given , You will have to file an FIR and a recovery suit against him. I hope you know the whereabouts of this so called agent. However criminal action is a must as this constitutes fraud and recovery suit will help recover the money you have lost.

Sir, thanks for your kind response. To register FIR it has been too long as the Trading Company broker/manager said the refund would take 6 months via call. I have waited 6 months & called them, mailed them-there is no response. So, I have started uploading on Trading company frauds sites not to invest with them & replied with many reviews received that they are already done frauds with many people.
