Claiming cost for my child

I got divorced with mutual concern. Due to my ex wife don't want to take care of child's. Now i got married with new person and she is also having one child . Now my ex wife suddenly twisted and she is not willing to handover the child with me. Now they are claiming huge amount for both my child. But they will spend small amount to my child and rest of the amount they will spend their own luxury. They are not educated and they will spoil my child future.How to over come this issue??
