A.Dear Client

In the absence of status of property whether the property given by your grandmother to you is an ancestral property or self-acquired property, how did your grandmother being guardian of a minor transfer the title of the property in favor of the minor and on attaining your age to 21, how your mother gets it transferred in her name are the queries arising out of your insufficient query. So in the absence of all this information, nothing can be opined in the matter as of now

A.Dear Sir,
You have to file a suit for cancellation of any deed which was executed by you in favour of your mother under forcible circumstances thus there are chances of getting back of your property.
