Maintenance and false 498A

i did court marriage on 01 July 22. we were on traveling for 2 day and on 04 July i left for my duty she went to her home now she filed a false case of 498A and maintenance too . is she eligible for maintenance and should I go for quashing
A.If you have strong evidence that she left after 02 days of your marriage and that you have to prove that she is interested only in maintenance act not living in your society thereby you can get to dismiss the case

She is eligible for maintenance if she is not working women. Anyway you can go for quashing if your parents or relatives are included in the FIR.
