im paid my hdfc bank four wheeler loan but bank not release my noc , they said pay your hdfc bank credit card amount

A.Dear Client,

Represent your grievance the Grievance Cell of the Bank, In case your grievance is not resolved reach out to Consumer Court for filing a complaint u/s.35 of the CPA,2019 for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. It may be noted that Bank is duty-bound to issue a NOC and it cannot be withheld once the dues against a specific loan are repaid by the customer, conditions of a loan against a two-wheeler are different from that of the conditions of credit card dues. So, the action of the Bank is challengable being arbitrary and unjustified in nature..
