Can I have voter cards for two different states ..like can I vote in two states

As per the information you have given it is requested you to look into the situation i have talked about then you will get a clear picture of what is required:
Carrying two or more voter’s identity card i.e. EPIC (Electoral Photo Identity Card) is NOT an offence (either Civil or Criminal) as legally one can possess more than one EPIC.
BUT having One’s name registered as voter in more than one Electoral Roll is illegal.
Situational Analysis:-
“Person X” applies to Election Commission for inclusion of her/his name in Electoral Roll of respective Constituency (say “Constituency 1″) for first time in her/his life-
gets her/his name included in Electoral Roll and an EPIC say “EPIC 1″.
“Person X” shifts from “Constituency 1″ to “Constituency 2” and then applies to Commission for inclusion of her/his name in Electoral Roll of “Constituency 2″ but this time with request to delete her/his name from Electoral Roll of “Constituency 1″-
“Person X” gets her/his name deleted from Electoral Roll of “Constituency 1″and included in “Constituency 2″ and a new EPIC say “EPIC 2”
but retains “EPIC 1″ as EPIC are not required to be surrendered with deletion of name from Electoral Roll(s).
