I had a business loan with IIFL which gone default in 2020 due to COVID-19 & now my business is shut down. I am currently unemployed since 2years..nIIFL people filed a 420 case against me in Calcutta Metropolitan Court in March this year, & I failed to appear before Court due to traveling issues. Now the Court has issued "E/R of Warrant" which is due for 6th Jul 2023.. Kindly guide me the best resolutions for this matter...

A.Dear Sir,
You may get anticipatory bail and get recall NBW pending against you. In the meanwhile you may go to High Court and get such FIR quashed since it is purely a loan and civil matter.
