Destruction of toilet and septic tank constructed by ancistors by my cousin?

Sir we are residing in a home for more than 50 years and our frand father and grand mother home is also adjusant to them they are late. We have a common bathroom which we have rented the property to a tenant last month. Since the property is natham we are paying only house tax and no land record documents are available with us. Our grandfather has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Both the sons are no more. We are daughters of elder son. Younger sons wife is also an government employee and her daughter is working in railways under compassionate ground. They are also having house nearby. Before their house has been constructed. Our grand parents have established that bathroom and toilet facility. Now we have let our grand parents home for rent. Since we are taking care of their property since their demise from last year. The issue is they have destroyed that bathroom which was constructed after which their house was constructed in front of that bathroom. They we using that bathroom. Now they are not residing in that house also. They have shifted to new place. Do they have the right to demolish the ancestral property that too basic utility of bathroom facility having personal vengeance on us. Give us a remedy
