Hi,
I have joined a edtech company for a course and initially they have told me that the I will be getting 8lpa of job within 2 year of course completion if not I don't have to pay them 46k. But towards the end they are saying that if you are not passing your exam in 2 attempts you have to pay the amount irrespective of the clause mentioned above, which I was not aware. I am confused now. Also they have clause related to attendance that I need to maintain 90% but during the time of joining I told them I can't do that do to the nature of my job they agreed but it was just a verbal confirmation, can they make issue out of that as well?
