Refund of Booking amount of Flat .

Dear Sir,
I went to see the ongoing project of wadwa group builder in panvel wadwa wise city , and after meeting salesperson we saw sample flat and had few queries with him , he try to pass our time and it was 9.45 pm ,it was after his office working hour ,
then the sales person started to force to book a flat by saying more and more offer , and forces us to book the flat ,,resulting us to pay booking amount via debit card transaction that late night . the very next day i ask the salesperson to cancle my booking via msg ,, but now its almost one month and he is denying refund my booking amount , fyi we didnt make any agreement with builder at all. so can i get my refund in my case legally .

Yes,You can have from the Panel or online by typeing my name on on line portal.
The same question was asked in this forum in a different way and the Advocates also responded.
The best option for you would be to get in touch with a local Real Estate Lawyer who is likely to sort it out.
The other alternative is to get an Advocate through vidhikarya.com
