Our society member want money because they do illegal our own house and they are asking money for legaling our house can u just help me.

If you own a house under a registered Cooperative Society governed by the Byelaws of the Society. You being a member of that Cooperative Society got every right to get a copy of said Byelaws applicable to all the members of the Society. On receipt of the Byelaws go through the specific conditions of the Byelaws applicable on the subject and in case the provision of Byelaws differs from the demand of Society in legalizing your property or the society refused even to provide a copy of Byelaws, then reach out to the Office of Registering authority i.e, Registrar of Cooperative Societies concerned and submit a written complaint on the subject to redress your grievance.
