Property matter -I have a step brother Property matter -I have a step brother

My father passed away on 2 October 2019. I have a step brother who wants to get all the property in his name by forging my father's signature on a false will. And along with that brother, my uncle and uncle's son are also with him. We have three half-sisters who have gone to their in-laws' house. And we are five real sisters who are studying. My step sisters have met with their brothers. Now all of them together want to grab the property. Earlier also my uncle made a false will and got two bighas of land transferred in his name which was in my father's name.Even now he wants to grab all the property from himself by falsely signing the will. They want to kill us and take all the property. What should we do now? No one is helping us.

A.Dear Sir,
First you have to lodge a complaint with Police and objections to the concerned Revenue Authorities etc not to change the Katha on the basis of such false Will. You may file a partition suit let him come to the Court and prove Will as genuine.

A.Dear client,
In the given situation, you need to reach out to an Advocate for first-hand information and steps because being alone you cannot exercise your right to said property irrespective of class of property whether it is self-acquired or ancestral. Further, in case you smell any threat to your life you may lodge an FIR or GDE beforehand explaining your apprehension and the incident if any. This piece of evidence may be useful if your claim is represented before the Court. In case you need our assistance for serving legal notice or filing a civil suit before the concerned Court, you may get in touch with our legal team with all your relevant papers.
