In agreeement mantainance will 500 is mentioned
After owner started that water bill is coming more so 50 50 we should share
And after year they asking extra 300 for cleaning parking lot.
By the time we tenent said no ,not acceptable
Noe landlord said leave the home so we searched home and we said will move after a month but owner telling that must serve 2 months .

A.Dear client,

The terms of your agreement are set in stone and both you and your landlord are bound by it. You can remind the landlord of these terms in the agreement and anything pursued that strays from it would be illegal
