A.Dear Client,
If there is a condition in your offer letter specifically mentioning non-compliance with the condition required for tendering resignation without serving a notice period, that shall disqualify/disentitle the employee from claiming his salary in lieu of notice, then the school authority may withhold your salary, and F & F settlement dues. In case you comply with said condition of the contract of employment, then your salary, and F & F settlement dues cannot be withheld in any circumstances. The Employer is duty-bound to disburse the same on appeal from the ex-employee. you may reach out to the office of the Dist. Inspector of School, and/or the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned for redressal of your grievance/complaint against the School Authority who withholds the dues of an ex-employee of the establishment. In case you need any assistance in this regard, you may contact our legal team for the purpose with relevant papers.
