A.Hello Client,

Your father has equal rights over the land as your uncle as it is your father's ancestral property. your father is not liable to give his share of the property to your uncle or to give signature on the papers. If your uncle is forcing, then you may lodge an complaint againt him at your local police station.

Thanks & Regards

A.Dear Sir,
It seems the papers with other side are invalid. You may get issue a legal notice asking him to hand over the possession of the said land which he is in illegal possession and thereafter you can also file a suit for recovery of possession of land.

A.Dear Client
The property in question is still a joint/ancestral property and your father has as much right in that as your uncle. Your father should initiate a partition suit to get his share out of that. No need to register the property in the name of the occupier as that white paper sale is not valid.
