i can already payed Paytm postpaid finel settlement bill after messages will come against the case in the lokadalat with me now what will i do?

you can appear and appraise the los adalat that you have made the payment and give them a copy of clearance certificate
This happens because the bank would have started the legal process before you paid the entire emi and closed the loan

You have to establish the same to the effect that you have paid as per settlement Will as per messages and accordingly you may establish your case.
