My friend took 960000 from me in 4-5 instalments. All transactions are done between my account and his online transfer and UPI. In 2.5 years he has managed to return only 420000. They are not returning it fast, Can I take leghal action
A.Dear Client,
Online transaction of funds between the parties does not reveal the purpose of the transaction in the absence of any authentic documents like an agreement of loan, promissory note etc. behind such financial transaction. So, Any legal action bereft of any merit in your claim may not resolve the issue at all. However, you may consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Sir,
You are not having sufficient documents to file any money recovery suit against him. He may say that he had returned all the amounts in cash. Better approach Police and see that postdated cheque may be taken for the balance amount and interest thereon which is more feasible to recover your amount.
