Family Court cost me for adjorning the case.. Family Court cost me for adjorning the case..

My divorce Case is pending since 2 years. Wife Has Filed Sec9 And Sec 125 In Family Court. Current stage is that her cross is there at next date and Everytime the court is saying to pay cost for no reason...my lawyer is present Everytime and due to I'll health I was not able to attend the date. Wife is not attending the case and still court is not saying her to pay cost. Only I for no reason is liable to pay cost..why this is happening...kindly guide me to tackle this cost payment factor...I am not that wealthy to pay court for no reason...my lawyer was present there for taking her cross and she was also present and my presence was not required..still the court cost me for no reason...why this partial thing is happening....plz guide me on this

A.Dear Client,
To make the things clear... First, the Court is normally neutral and there to give justice to its people and citizens of the country.
What you are saying is your version of the story.Ask your conducting Lawyer who will explain you the matter of cost and in case you are not satisfied with the answer of your Advocate you can ask the Judge of the Family Court politely who will explain you if the time permits.
Court is always impartial.

A.You have family court matter DV case against you & your attendance is required every date & pay cost as per the order & procedure of the court,if you have issues you can challenge before a High court.
