Vehicle parked on road

My apartment outside has main road. Besides of main road many commercial shops are there. I don't know are they leggel or non leggel but due to this many vehicle parked on main road so road become too much narrow and difficult to drive vehicle in this area.
A.Dear client,
As per Section 122 of the Motor Vehicles Act, if any person leaves their vehicle, in a position which causes inconvenience to others, then that is illegal.
Please follow the below mentioned steps
Step1- Take the photos of the said place as a proof of evidence.
Step2 - File RTI of send legal notice through advocate to Municipality office, TRAFFIC REGULATORY and SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE(TRAFFIC)
Step3 - Wait for reply, follow-up.
Step4 - If they do not reply/ you can file writ petition before High Court
This may sound tedious and lengthy procedure, but if you are really aggravated you can follow the above steps to get justice and resolve the matter legally.
