So we own an apartment,, building the next apartment next to it.. But the residents of our own apartment made a complaint to mucipal corporation against us by taking the support of a local corporator who is not in favour for us and demanding bribe,, how can we go against our residents and the local corporator and win it so we can continue our construction.

A.Sir, as per your query.

You are the owner of an apartment & you are constructing a building next to it which is legal in nature & you have all the rights to do it. You also have all the relevant documents & various other proofs to show that you are not doing anything which is illegal in nature & goes against the laws.

In such a case. You can approach the court and file a case against them (the other residents & the corporator) who are stopping you from doing your work.
If in case you have all the relevant documents then there is no need to worry.

Hope this helped.

Sir the municipal persons are saying that the land is under buffer zone,, but they themselves have given permission for the construction by taking bribe,, and now due to corporator support and expecting more bribe they are simply saying they have given permission by mistake,, and now we should talk with municipal commisioner
