Construction related issue in Uttam Nagar area of Delhi. Construction related issue in Uttam Nagar area of Delhi.

Hi, i am planning to purchase a flat on top floor in Uttam Nagar area of Delhi, I researched on internet and came to know that government have given permission to build only 4 floors with stilt parking on ground floor but here in Uttam Nagar every builder builds ground floor in half area (1 bhk) of the parking and sells it and keeps remaining half area for parking so here my concern is that will construction of ground floor make my floor illegal? can my floor come under encroachment in future?
I am putting all my hard earned money into it so that i can stay happily in my home so i am really concerned about it.
Please advice.
Thanks in Advance.

A.Dear Client,
Better to avoid future problem.
The other option is to get in touch good Real Estate lawyer well versed in local laws( I mean the State laws) who will advise you in the right way.
Having a Flat in the Parking Area will be really a headache for the rest of life.
