Dear sir here I have a problem in my street the people of street no.9 came in street no.8 and threat as to make a swerage in front of my house and they should want the all wastewater of there houses came in my house is legal or illegal if it is illegal what can I do on that people and please suggest me where I do complaint on that peoples
