A.Dear client,

To determine your eligibility for OBC (Other Backward Classes) Non-Creamy Layer certificate, the income criteria for both your salary and your mother's pension will be considered. As of now, the income limit for OBC Non-Creamy Layer eligibility in Rajasthan is Rs. 8 lakh per annum.

In your case, if your salary is around Rs. 32,000 per month (which amounts to approximately Rs. 3.84 lakh per annum), and your mother's pension is around Rs. 46,000 per month (which amounts to approximately Rs. 5.52 lakh per annum), the combined income exceeds the income limit for OBC Non-Creamy Layer status.

Based on the income information provided, it appears that you may fall under the "creamy layer" category and may not be eligible for OBC reservation benefits.

However, it's important to note that the specific income criteria and rules for OBC Non-Creamy Layer certification can vary by state or central government regulations. It's recommended to consult with the competent authority or a legal professional who specializes in OBC certificate matters in Rajasthan for accurate and up-to-date information. They can provide guidance based on the specific guidelines applicable to your situation.
