Employment agreement Employment agreement

I am a CNC operator from in India. Due labor unavailability at my company abroad branch, they sent me there to work. Currently I am working in abroad, here I got a better opportunity.
But I have signed an agreement for four years on a company letter pad in India. It says, first year is for training in abroad and following three years, I have to work at their branch in India.
But they didn't provide any training. Since it's not signed on a stamp paper or notarized, may I leave my current employer and take the new employment?

A.Dear client,

Review the terms of the agreement: Carefully review the terms and conditions stated in the agreement you signed. Take note of any provisions related to training, the duration of employment, and any penalties or consequences for breaching the agreement.

Consider the validity of the agreement: The enforceability of an agreement can depend on various factors, including whether it is signed on a stamp paper or notarized. However, it's important to note that in some jurisdictions, oral or informal agreements can still be considered binding under certain circumstances.

Consult with a lawyer: Seek advice from a lawyer who specializes in employment law. They can help assess the specific terms of the agreement, the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and any potential legal consequences of breaching the agreement.

Negotiate with your current employer: If you are considering leaving your current employer, it may be worth attempting to negotiate a mutually agreeable solution. Openly communicate your concerns and desire for the new opportunity, and try to reach a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties.

Be prepared for potential consequences: Depending on the terms of the agreement and the applicable laws, there may be potential consequences for breaching the agreement, such as financial penalties or legal action. Consulting with a lawyer will help you understand the potential risks and guide you on how to proceed.

A.Dear Client,
When your terms of employment say, that the first year is for your training in abroad and the following three years, you have to work at their branch in India, accordingly, you were sent abroad for training. when you entered into a contract even it is not executed in stamp paper for rendering service for 4 years in the Company, you cannot deny its conditions and if you tender your resignation in the course of training, the Company may take legal action against you for damages or loss caused for breach of contract on your part. So you need to approach the Company suitably considering your future prospect to resolve the matter amicably to avoid other consequences which may happen abroad.
