Apartment society imposes unexpected maintenance and they are very aggressive in making complaints, physical fights start, and lack of harmony, what should do as owner, and fighting happening with other owner so far, not with me
A.Dear client,
This is an internal issue and must be dealt with amongst the society members. However, if someone starts a physical fight with you, you can file a complaint for assault and criminal force under section 350 of IPC

A.Dear Client,
If the Apartment Owners Welfare Society is registered under the relevant State Act, the Apartment Ownership Act, then a mass complaint against the imposition of exorbitant enhancement in maintenance charges from the resident member of the Housing Society may be made before the Registrar of the Society under whom the society is registered for an amicable settlement of the dispute. As per the Byelaws applicable to the society, a resolution to enhance the rate of maintenance charge is passed through a majority of the vote of resident members in an Annual General Meeting duly convened by the Society. If a resolution is passed for enhancement by the majority of vote, then it is applicable to all the resident owners of the Society and in that situation, Registrar may not interfere in the dispute/mass complaint.
