Sir,
I am appointant as a Chokidar on July, 2019 at Government Department, I am selected through SSC. In the year 2022 Department Marge all post like(Peon, chowkidar, Daftari, Supervision, safaiwala) into a single post called MTS. Now Department force to do others work also like Peon, safaiwala etc. Sir, I am a graduate and I never fill for the post of MTS or like safaiwala, peon etc.
When department appointed us, they asked our willingness, whether I am willing to work as Chowkidar or not, but in case of MTS they don't ask any willingness. Please suggest, I am under a lot of pressure mentally.

After the merger of all posts like(Peon, chowkidar, Daftari, Supervision, safaiwala) into a single post called MTS(Multi-Tasking Sstaff) by SSC in 2022, and in case of merger of deptts, consent is not required from the employee for posting them as MTS. So, you need to understand the responsibilities for the post that you have to carry out or discharge as a MTS, Jobs of MTS can be summed up as under:
1) All departmental records and files are kept in good physical condition.
2) The cleanliness and upkeep of the posted section/unit in general.
3)Carrying files and other documents within the department.
4) Sending faxes and doing Xerox.
5) In the department, there is other non-clerical work.
6) Assisting with typical office tasks such as a diary, dispatch, and computer work.
7) Letters/Documents are delivered (outside the building).
8) Ward responsibilities and department monitoring.
9) Opening and closing of the building's rooms.
10) Cleaning of the rooms in the building
11)Dusting the furniture is a must.
12) Buildings and fixtures need to be cleaned.
13) Work that relates to his ITI credentials.
14) If you have a valid driver's license, you can drive a car.
