A.Dear client,
Please attend the proceedings and explain your stance with the help of a lawyer. Every party hs the reasonable opportunity of being heard. We would advise you to go to the MSME forum when the next proceedings are being held

A.Hi client,

MSME functioning and details are mostly online. Both the parties need to attend the arbitration process. The decision of the arbitrator is the final and binding one. It is enforceable in the court of law.

Thanks and Regards
