A.Dear Client,

It is the moral obligation on the part of parents to take care of the well-being of their children irrespective of gender. Children are not a burden to their parents and can claim maintenance u/s.125 Cr.PC from the parents till the time she is able to maintain herself. So, when you get depressed with the continuous misbehavior and humiliation, you may approach to the Chairperson, Women Commission and Human Rights Commission, who takes suo moto action to protect the interest and security of a woman under distress either for domestic violence or for any harassment by a third party and once the matter is reported to the said authorities, they immediately issue direction to the concerned administrative authority, like DM, SP of the concerned district to protect you from any kind of harassment or humiliation or domestic violence. So, if the situation become unbearable to you, approach the said authorities for resolving your crisis apart from other remedies available to you.

A.Dear client,
You can lodge FIR with local PS, most of the states have facility of filing online FIR also. If you are a woman, there are many phone helpline numbers for Domestic violence help. If you are hesitant to file complaint against your parent, Domestic violence cases can also be resolved outside courts with the help of NGOs, police via mediation.
Alternatively, you can file legal suit for domestic abuse and violence against your parents, and can file maintenance under section 125 of CrPC
