I have been working in BSNL since 2018 now i want to leave BSNL, but BSNL Vigilance Section not giving NOC as one complaint is registered against me (also with 60 other employees), after enquiring with the Vigilance Section, They are telling, They have got complaint with project so they registered on everyone. Now they are not giving Vigilance Clearance
What can I do now?

A.Dear Client,

Once a complaint is lodged before the Vigilance Cell against a government employee and when the said complaint is under investigation, then until and unless the domestic inquiry or investigation is completed and the final report submitted by Vigilance Cell acquitting the concerned employee from the said complaint, NOC is not issued if the employee tender his resignation. So, you have to wait for the completion of the inquiry and submission of the final report by the Vigilance Cell.

Respected sir,
The case is very old of 2018 and preliminary enquiry has already completed in 2022 and report has already been submitted to CVO. some person are also chargesheeted but i am neither chargesheeted nor given clean- chit. But I can't wait till the completion of case as it may take several years and i have to join other govt department within a month. What can i do now?

Clean chit is not given to the employee because of your requirement at any stage of the final inquiry. so you are kept in the suspected list. In such a situation, you may approach the Inquiry committee to delete your name from the suspected list considering your career on the undertaking that whenever your presence is required in the domestic inquiry you would attend the call for the purpose of the inquiry. If allowed you may resume your new assignment.
