Call recording - employee have doubt

If a employee have doubt about something related to lack of transparency in selection of employees so dicussing the same with one of the selection committee member and recorded the call without permission so that it can be shown as proof in future. In such case is it illegal to record the call and what if same recording will be produced to compensate authority?

In other words, recording calls without consent is a breach of privacy, Article 21 of the Constitution demands that phone calls be not recorded without permission of the party. Such recording cannot be produced before the authority as the authority won't accept it
