After completing 2nd year Bsc I get govt job then I completed BSc last year next year is it take post study approval or give me legal way to add in job

So a degree so achieved is of no use for want of validity. You have to choose one out of two. If you have not completed B.Sc regular course with prior permission of your employer then it is illegal and you may lose your job. Take appropriate advise by approaching any Advocate practicing in service matters.
