Mam I'm running a school and today I got a notice regarding school celing so can I get stay from court after this notice
A.Dear Client,
In the absence of reason/ground behind the notice issued by the Court directing the ceiling of your school, it may not be possible to address your query properly. Since the matter pertains to Courts notice, you are required to consult an Advocate for proper guidance and steps.

A.Dear Sir,
Immediately you may go to higher officers of the same department or approach the High Court if you have genuine grounds to get a stay.

A.Dear client,
Whether or not you can obtain a stay from court after receiving a notice regarding the school ceiling depends on various factors, including the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, the specific details of the notice, and any relevant circumstances surrounding the issue.
To address your concern, it would be advisable to consult with a qualified attorney who specializes in education or property law. They will be able to evaluate your situation, provide you with accurate legal advice, and guide you through the necessary steps to potentially seek a stay from the court.
In general, when facing legal issues, it's essential to act promptly, gather all relevant documentation and evidence, and seek professional legal counsel to navigate the legal process effectively.
