STATE: KARANTATAKA,HONNALI,DAVANGERE
FOR PURCHASING AGRICULTURAL LAND WHICH IS FROM SC CATEGORY, BUT ITS NOT GOVT GRANT LAND ,BUT ITS TAKEN IN PUBLICH AUCTION IN 1942 BY A SC COMMUNITY.
THE LAND SOLD TO LINGAYAT(GENERAL) IN THE YEAR 1992.
NOW WE WANT TO PURCHASE THE LAND from current general category owners.
is there any risk buying this? during 1992 registration time also they clearly mentioned this land is not grant land in sale deed.
Alos there is a word mentioned darakastu,is darkastu lands comes under PTCL?
WE RECEIVED PTCL NOC ON THAT LAND FROM THAHASHEILDAR, IS THAT ENOUGH.
OR DO WE NEED TO GET NOC FROM ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER ALSO?
