A.Dear client,

Contact the bank: Get in touch with the bank where the KCC account is held. Visit the branch or contact their customer service department to inquire about the process for removing yourself as a guarantor.

Review the terms and agreement: Ask for a copy of the KCC agreement or terms and conditions that you signed as a guarantor. Review the document to understand the obligations and requirements for removing yourself as a guarantor.

Provide a written request: Prepare a written request to the bank expressing your intention to be removed as a guarantor for the KCC account. Include your account details, the KCC account details, and any relevant identification information.

Submit supporting documents: Along with your written request, you may be required to submit supporting documents such as identification proof, a copy of the KCC agreement, and any other documents specified by the bank.

Compliance with bank's requirements: Ensure that you comply with any additional requirements or procedures set forth by the bank. This may include filling out specific forms or providing any additional information requested by the bank.

Follow-up: Keep track of your request by maintaining communication with the bank. Inquire about the progress of your request and ask for updates if necessary.

It's important to note that the bank may assess the creditworthiness and financial stability of the borrower before approving the removal of a guarantor. The borrower may need to provide alternative security or meet specific criteria set by the bank.
