A.Dear Client,
Before opting for criminal prosecution against your relatives to resolve or mitigate your crisis which may adversely affect your relationship with your relatives, you may place your cause of distress before the Family Court for a resolution to resolve your plights. The Indian legal system offers a wide range of options for resolving family disputes. One of the most popular methods for resolving family disputes is through the use of family courts. Family courts can refer to a variety of different courts, including domestic relations. Family court hears a wide variety of cases, ranging from divorce and child custody to alimony and domestic violence. In addition, the family court can also issue restraining orders against an individual who is deemed to be a threat to another family member. Reach out to an Advocate having experience in resolving the family matters through counselling or through litigation.
