Appraisal of annual performance of an employee is carried on different factors and a prerogative of the appraisal committee/management. If it appears to you that adverse remarks is made with malicious intentions to damage your career, you lodge a complaint before the higher authority and the concerned labour Commissioner for redressal of your grievance.
