I send a mail to my reporting manager and mention in CC to my colleague. management has decided to terminate me on immediate effect is it right.

A.Dear Client,
If the act is contrary to the terms of your employment then the management is at liberty to terminate you for breach of condition of contract of employment following the principle of natural justice i.e, providing you with an opportunity to be heard before imposing the capital punishment. So go through your offer letter or contract of employment carefully and the sevice rules or policy of the company to defend your case accordingly, if the situation so arises. For any cause of action, you may contact the office of concerned Labour Commissioner for redressal of your grievance.
