non replacement of solar panel

I have ear purchase solar panel from M/s. solar free energy and given guarantee of 25 years. Soon after installation, one panel out of 18 panel getting cracked . slowly and gradually the crack become wider. I have made complain to the company but no one heard this matter. I have also mail to the company but no one came to solve the problem. Due to this electricity generation is also effected. I pursuing the matter since 02 years but the company is so careless towards customer that they do not bother to even reply my mail. please guide me where & how a complain against the company for not honoring the warranty as confered by the company

A complaint against a Service provider for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice requires to be filed before the Consumer Court within two years from the date of cause of action. From your query, it appears that the time limit is already expired and now your complaint is barred by limitation. However, still, you can file a complaint for deficiency in service claiming compensation for harassment u/s.35 of the Act before the Consumer Court along with a petition praying for condonation of delay u/s.69(2) of the Act explaining the authentic reason behind the delay in filing the complaint.
