Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My wife left me two years back when I lost my mother, she is staying with her parents, I have a daughter she's also staying with my wife. I am unable to talk with my daughter neither I can see her. I am really in depression. I am not earning so she left me. I am not interested to work any companies so I started some small business but I am unable to earn too much money. Due to particular reason she left me. I don't have any bad habits, I don't smoke, drink also I don't take tea. I have no extra marital affair. Still she left me because her parents mind wash her. They told her that your husband is worthless he's not earning so much so you better leave her. I don't know what to do, I am really want live with my wife and my daughter. I miss my daughter so much.
Kindly help me in this matter.

You may file a petition with the district court to have your marital rights restored. The court may proclaim restitution of conjugal rights if it determines that the representations provided in the petition are effective and that there is no valid defence.
The right to remain together is known as a conjugal right. The freedom for a husband and wife to engage in sexual activity. This is seen as having marital privileges. According to Section 9 of the Hindu Law Marriage Act of 1955, it is unlawful for either the husband or the wife to exclude the other from their respective social circles without justification. The person who has been wronged may ask the court to restore their conjugal rights.

Further, pro- bono legal assistance provided by the advocates is a voluntary service where the advocates willingly devote their time to provide legal aid to the poor and needy applicants. Once a litigant/applicant has been connected to a preferable pro- bono advocate by the Department, the Department is not responsible for the quality of legal aid provided or time committed by the advocate to the case of the litigant.
Both the litigant/applicant and the advocate are free to discontinue their association at any given point of time giving valid reasons for the same to the Department within 15 days.
We hope that the pro- bono legal services will be a significant step in enabling access to quality legal aid and assistance to the people.
