Regarding Blackmailing

Some one called me saying they are calling from Delhi Cyber Crime that you have sex with some girl online and we have a video of it and we are uploading on it.
He asked me to share whole matter we will save you.
I think they are ask me for money. I ignored and cut the call or it's genuinely a Delhi Cyber Cell.
Please suggest

If you have done no wrong, then file FIR against for Cheating, Blackmail, Threatening, Defamation and let the police take action, otherwise you may file similar complaint in Criminal court under section 156(3) and court will order the FIR.
